You will be training at Statera Gym. Conveniently located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District, the  3,305 sq ft space features state-of-the-art facilities for a private workout experience like no other.

Who is personal training for?

Anyone seeking accountability and a path to reach his or her optimal health, fitness, and/or weight loss.
 

Can I choose my personal trainer and choice of training timing?

Yes, you can indicate your preferred personal trainer but if you don’t, we will allocate our personal trainer based on your goals and their expertise and timing availability. 

What type of training sessions are conducted by personal trainers?

Statera offers a wide range of training sessions to cater to your different needs (ie. muscle gain, fat loss, athletic performance, rehab, pre/post natal or simply to stay active). Our highly qualified and experienced personal trainers will be here to lead you to your specific goals.

How many times do I have meet with my trainer?

The number of sessions with a personal trainer really depends on a number of factors, including your budget, availability, and need for accountability. 

 

On average, most clients meet with their fitness instructors one to three sessions per week (an average of twice). 

 

While personal training programs are an investment, the fitness experience shouldn't create more stress. Determine the appropriate budget to create the accountability you desire and the freedom to choose a personal trainer with the exercise and diet approach as well as the expertise you need.
